1.1 Delivery Charges
Prices listed for products do not include the cost of delivery. This is added
on the checkout page of Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd website.
All the Products sold via Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd Online Site are shipped
in accordance with Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd''s delivery policy.
Delivery is available by special arrangement only for some large items, all fish tanks and all live pets. Store pick-up is available for these items.
Zone 1:
Palmerston North (including Feilding & Linton)
$4.70 up to 25kg
Zone 2:
Local towns within 75km of city limits. Includes Wanganui, Taihape and as far south as Paraparaumu and Carterton
$6.50 up to 25kg
Zone 3:
North of Napier on the East Coast.
North of and including Turangi on the Central Plateau.
North of and including Waitara on the West Coast
$13.00 up to 5kg
Zone 4:
South of and including Napier on the East Coast.
South of and excluding Turangi on the Central Plateau.
South of and excluding Waitara on the West Coast.
ALSO Lower North (south of Paraparaumu and Carterton)
$8.00 up to 15kg
Zone 5:
South Island
$26.00 up to 5kg

1.2 Goods not Delivered until Payment Received in Full
Goods will not be delivered to a Customer until payment for the order has been
received in full. This will only be following confirmation by our bank that
payment in full has been accepted. For credit card and direct credit payment,
this is generally within 24 hours of order acceptance.
For cheque this is generally 3-5 working days after receipt of payment
1.3 Right to Withhold Delivery
Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd may at their sole discretion withhold delivery
of all or part of any order for any reason whatsoever.
1.4 Delivery
Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd shall use its best endeavours to deliver the
Goods to the delivery address as specified by the Customer in an acceptable
quality and in a timely basis.
Wet Pets & Country Pets ltd will not be liable in any way or under any circumstance
for any delays in the delivery of the Goods
1.5 Delivery Completed
Delivery will be deemed to have been completed when the Goods have been delivered
to the delivery address as specified by the Customer.
